Before you send

Job applications

How the studio handles the details you send when you apply to work here.

Who is responsible
Sculpt decides how applications are used and kept. For any question, request or complaint about your data, contact our data protection officer: the Sculpt studio team, help@sculptmct.com or +96877521689.
What we collect
What you enter in the form: the role, your name, mobile number, email, nationality, residency status, years of experience, certifications, when you can work, languages, earliest start date, a link and a short note. We also keep your CV, and the time and language of each confirmation you tick. We do not ask for your date of birth, a photo, health or religious information, marital status, or civil ID or passport numbers, so please leave them out of your CV. To stop repeated sending, we keep a coded version of your connection's internet address for about a day. It is never stored with your application.
Why we use it
Only to consider you for work at the studio and to contact you about it. We do not use it for marketing. No software scores, ranks or rejects applicants: people at the studio read every application and decide.
Who can see it
Only the people hiring at the studio, behind a separate passcode. Dhahir, the company that builds and runs the website for the studio, can reach the database only to keep the site working. Each time someone opens, downloads, exports, changes or deletes an application, we record the time and the device.
Where it is stored
On servers in India, outside Oman, run for the studio by Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (database). That is why the form asks for your agreement before you send.
How long we keep it
We keep it for 12 months from the day you apply, so we can also consider you for roles that open in that time. After that we delete your application and CV automatically, whatever the outcome, and the hiring team deletes any copy saved on a studio device. If you are hired, we collect what we need for your employment file separately.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data in a file you can pass on, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop using it while we deal with your request, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, and we then delete your application and CV. Withdrawing does not undo what was done with your data before. Send your request to the Sculpt studio team, help@sculptmct.com or +96877521689 with your reference. It is free, and we reply within 45 days. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you.
If you are not satisfied
You can complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, which oversees personal data protection in Oman.
